61-6995-40 Precision Pinhole for High Energy Laser Slit Width 50 ±4μm FSL-50
Features
- Thin metal foil with small holes or slits of 400 μm or less.
- It is used for special filters, laser diffraction experiments, and microscope magnification calibration.
- High roundness holes and high parallelism slits have been realized by precision etching.
- For YAG laser (1064 nm) and CO2 laser (10.6 μm), use high energy laser pinhole coated with high reflectivity gold on high heat conduction copper.
- Pinhole foil (or slit foil) is held in an aluminum frame so it can be easily handled.
- Iris aperture (IH) is available when any aperture larger than φ1mm is required.
- * If dust adheres to the pin hole, light may not pass through the hole.
- * If light does not pass through the hole, blow the area around the hole with an air blower.
- * Pinhole foil and slit foil are very thin and fragile.
- * Pressing it with your finger or poking it with a sharp object may tear the foil.
- * The holes can hardly be seen visually.
- * Please check using a high magnification microscope.
- * For the orientation of the fixed slit, check the position of the marking indicating the slit width.
- * Even pinholes for high-power lasers may be damaged if the pulsed laser is focused.
- * When using for high power laser or pulse laser, calculate the energy density of the laser spot and confirm that it does not exceed the damage threshold before use.
