The DS-506 displays the displacement (count value) detected by the digital sensor in units of microns.
Up to 6 axes of the digital sensor can be connected, and the displacement amount from the PC can be captured through the RS232C interface.

* The resolution depends on the distance between the counter plate and the sensor and the sampling time setting.
* The resolution below 5 nm is when the sampling time is set to 350μsec.
