Features

- The transmission loss is low, and a high extinction ratio of 5×10^-5 or less can be obtained.
- Calcite type for use in the visible to infrared region and α-BBO crystal type for use in the ultraviolet region are available.
- The two prisms are joined with a slight gap (air gap).
- This does not cause absorption by the adhesive or decrease in laser resistance.
- The Gran laser prism is enclosed in a metal frame.
- Polarization components that do not pass through the prism pass through the ports (holes) of the metal frame and out of the frame.
- Since there are two ports, you can use them even if you change the input/output direction.
- The surface of the Gran laser prism is coated with a single layer of anti-reflection film to provide high transmittance.
- We also have the Granthomson Prism GTPB/GTPC and the Wollaston Prism WPPB/WPPC with wide tolerance angles.
- Please check the allowable angle if necessary.
- * When the incident angle changes, the extinction ratio of the linearly polarized light of the transmitted light also changes.
