- Calcite type for use in the visible to infrared region and α-BBO crystal type for use in the ultraviolet region are available.
- The Grantomson prism is enclosed in a metal frame, and the element is not stressed when the frame is fixed to the holder.
- The calcite type Granthomson prism allows you to select the allowable angle of incidence in two levels.
- The surface of the Grantomson prism is coated with a single layer of antireflection film to provide high transmittance.
- Gran laser prism GLPB/GLPC and Wollaston prism WPPB/WPPC for high power laser are also available.
- Please check the allowable angle if necessary.
- * When the incident angle changes, the extinction ratio of the linearly polarized light of the transmitted light also changes.
- * All light that does not pass through the Grantomson prism is absorbed and scattered on the side of the device.
- * Since calcite is a natural crystal, there are variations in the quality and individual differences.
- * If a light beam is inserted into the polarizing prism at an incidence angle greater than the allowable angle, the light may not be extinguished.
