特徴
- Use a 0°-45° dielectric mirror when using a mirror at an incidence angle of 45° or less, such as a Michelson interferometer or an optical system that shuttles light between two mirrors.
- When the angle of incidence is used at 0° or at 45°, the mirror can be used in common and high reflectivity can be obtained.
- Very high reflectivity is obtained between 0° and 45° angle of incidence.
- If the incident angle is fixed, it can be used as a wideband mirror.
- Since there is no absorption in the film, there is little change over time and it can withstand continuous laser irradiation.
- We also have a Surface Accuracy Guarantee Mirror (HTFM) that guarantees surface accuracy after coating.
- * Reflectance wavelength characteristics of dielectric multilayer films vary depending on the polarization state of the incident beam.
