In order for the carbide bar to exhibit the best performance, it is necessary to adjust the rotation speed to the optimum speed for the cutting object.　2.The harder the material, the lower the speed.　3.The smaller the carbide bar, the higher the rotation speed.　4.When using, move constantly and apply light pressure.　5.Use at a speed below the optimum speed will result in blade loss.　6.Using a worn-out tool or collet can lead to a missing blade.　7.Do not sink more than 1/3 of the tip length of the carbide bar.　8.If the rotation speed is too fast, the blade will wear faster.
• The d-cut (double/diamond) is a typical blade shape. It is highly cuttable and provides a beautiful finished surface.
