• This acrylic heat conductive sheet achieves a heat resistant temperature of 130°C.
• It is difficult to generate oil bleed during compression.
• High thermal conductivity and excellent shape tracking and adhesion to adherends provide high thermal conductivity.
• Because of the non-silicone heat dissipation sheet, siloxane gas is not generated, which can cause contact defects.
• There is no need to worry about lens fogging or contact defects.
• Flame retardant, equivalent to UL94 V-0. (UL registration pending) • For heat dissipation from heating components such as CPUs and LED boards of electronic and electrical equipment (Automotive electronics, personal computers, smartphones, etc.) to the heatsink.
