• Repairing agent for high corrosion resistance steel containing zinc, aluminum and magnesium.
• By using zinc powder and zinc flakes together, a denser and more dense coating film is formed, reducing the progress of corrosion and providing excellent long-term anti-rust properties.
• The high density coating provides excellent rust resistance even with 50 μm dry coating.
• It is a 1 liquid type with no sauce during painting and short drying time.
• The dry coating contains 6% aluminum and 3% magnesium.
• Epoxy resin is used, so it adheres well to the base material, and it can be applied on top to expand workability.
• Small quantity type ideal for partial repair, with a convenient brush that can be used immediately on site.
• Repair of welding marks, cut surfaces, drilling, zinc sauce, scratches, and unplated parts of galvanized steel to prevent rust.
• An alternative to galvanizing for large structures that do not fit in a plating bath or for thin materials that are thermally strained.
• Galvanized life-extending repair coating for old steel tower ships, bridges, electrical equipment, etc.
• For long-term rust prevention of steel materials.
• Stir well until it is confirmed that there is no sediment in the bottom of the can before use.
• Be sure to shake the container up and down at least 20 times before use.
