• Ensert ® is an insert nut with good workability that can be used for resin, aluminum, etc., which are prone to screw breakage by straight tapping.
• It has a cutting blade with a split groove or a three-hole shape and cuts the mating material with its own blade, so there is no need for a front tap.
• Reinforcing internal screws with Enzert ® enables parts to be made of aluminum or resin, thus helping to reduce weight.
• Ensert ® supports the force applied to the inner screw with an outer screw that is one size larger, so it can withstand a higher force than a straight tap.
• Reinforcement using Enzert ® is limited by the inherent shear strength of the mating material or the mechanical strength of the bolts used.
• Type 307 (three-hole type) is suitable for mild steel, aluminum alloy with high strength, and hard resin with easy cracking.
