• Reinforcing internal screws with Enzert ® enables parts to be made of aluminum or resin, thus helping to reduce weight.
• Ensert ® supports the force applied to the inner screw with an outer screw that is one size larger, so it can withstand a higher force than a straight tap.
• Reinforcement using Enzert ® is limited by the inherent shear strength of the mating material or the mechanical strength of the bolts used.
• Type 302 (split groove type) is a general purpose type and can be used for aluminum alloy with high cutting ability and resin with high plasticity.
