• The guideline is that the carbide measuring instrument is a weak magnetic material. It is less sensitive to magnetic environment. We also have a lineup of models with ruby (non-magnetic) measuring instruments. The feature of the ruby measuring instrument is that it has several times more abrasion resistance than cemented carbide, and because it is a non-energized material, it can be used safely in an electric discharge machine.
• The gridboard uses a universal font, reviews the gridboard color, the relationship between the gridline and gridline weight, and greatly improves visibility. The length of the measuring instrument is shown on the scale board with illustrations.
• The Oi plate has a flat shape that is difficult to reflect external light. In addition, it is coded to prevent scratches, stains, and reflections.
• The integrated structure of the outer frame and the Oy plate prevents cutting fluid and oil from entering the front face of the scale plate and the clearance. (However, it is not waterproof.)
• φ6 Ant Grooved Stem (Standard Accessory) can be attached to the three ant sections on the unit. The installation position can be adjusted according to the usage conditions, greatly improving convenience.
• Finished product inspections are conducted in accordance with JIS B7533:2015. The vertical, slanted, and vertical forms are tested in a posture with the dial face up, and the horizontal forms are tested in a posture with the dial face up, ensuring accuracy. *If you wish to issue the examination report in any other manner, we will issue it for a fee.
