功能

• Composed of 1/4"(6.4mm) flow plug (male) and socket (female) coupling, it makes a sound when securely connected and can be separated by one thumb push.
• Each type has a built-in spring valve to prevent leakage in the tube line when the connection is separated, and each type does not.
• All males and females are compatible with each other with or without valves, so you can mix and match freely.
• Since the insertion angle between male and female is not specified, the tube can be connected without twisting.
• Compared to the thick 4A series made by the same POM, the push-type latch button on the socket is also made of resin, so the price is low. Apart from the metal cap of the connection port for the semi-rigid tube and the lock nut supplied with the bulkhead type, the metal is not exposed on the exterior.
• Bulkhead screw standard 11/16-24 UNS, hole diameter 18 mm. 1 lock nut is included for fixing to a partition wall up to 11 mm thick.
• Operating temperature -40 to +82°C, operating voltage Vacuum to 800 kPa. Materials: Body, internal valve and external push-type latch button made of polyacetal resin (POM). The O-ring is made of nitrile rubber (Buna-N) and the built-in spring is made of SUS316.
• The metal cap of the connection port for the semi-hard tube and the lock nut attached to the bulkhead type are made of electroless nickel plated brass.
