功能
- IsoPlate (TM) is a microplate in which 96 transparent cups are embedded in a colored frame to mold a well.
- IsoPlate (TM): white frame/transparent cup, Black IsoPlate: black frame/transparent cup, B & W IsoPlate: black frame/white cup, standard, HB, TC.
- The transparent bottom surfaces of the IsoPlate (TM) and the Black IsoPlate are independent from one well to another, so that crosstalk is less likely when measuring signals from the bottom surface.
- The B & W IsoPlate provides a very wide dynamic range for scintillation and emission measurements because the black frame efficiently reduces crosstalk between wells.
