• When brazing a filter dryer or valve, open the valve fully and wrap the valve with a wet towel to protect it from heat. Also, concentrate the heat as much as possible and finish in a short time.
• Can be used in high or low pressure refrigerant tubes, either liquid or gas.
• Since both ends of the pipe are long, the valve can be attached without disassembling.
• The ball seal of the valve is Teflon using carbon. This strengthens the sealing property and makes the ball last longer than ordinary Teflon.
• Two O-ring stem seals strongly seal.
• The rubber gasket inside the seal cap seals in two layers.
• When high internal pressure presses on the stem, the nylon washer works to reduce friction.
• The flow direction is indicated by an arrow on the side of the body of the ball valve.
• Switch the arrow at the top of the stem to match the flow direction.　While one is open, the other is closed.
• When brazing, to protect the internal components, wrap a wet cloth to reduce heat.
