• The ball sealing material is made of Teflon with carbon. Improves strength and sealability.
• [Installation method] (1) Be sure to fully open the valve before brazing.　② Please remove the seal cap and gasket.　③ To protect the parts inside the valve from heat damage, wrap them with a wet cloth.　④ Do not braze both ends at the same time. After brazing one side, cool it with a wet cloth until the valve body can be touched by hand, then braze the other side.　⑤ Please remove the wet cloth after the whole area has cooled sufficiently.　⑥ Use common silver wax and flux for brazing.　(Do not apply the flame directly to the valve.)　⑦ During the brazing process, please blow nitrogen.
• This product can be used with both gas and liquid refrigerant pipes in high and low pressure pipes.
• Two O-ring stem seals strongly seal.
• Double seal with rubber gasket in seal cap.
• When internal pressure presses on the stem, the nylon washer works to reduce friction.
• The direction of fluid use is indicated by an arrow on the side of the ball valve body.
• Align the stem arrow with the flow direction to open it, or at right angles to the flow direction to close it.
• When brazing, to protect the internal components, wrap a wet cloth to reduce heat.
