• Achieves highly efficient deburring work!
• Material with silicon carbide abrasive embedded in nylon filament.
• As the moisture absorption rate is low, it can be used in wet as well as dry.
• Store the brush in a carton to prevent deformation or breakage.
• Please use after confirming that there is no rust or damage on the brush. If it is out of balance, it shortens life.
• Mount properly, minimize the protruding length (overhang) of the shank, and chuck securely.
• Run for at least one minute to confirm that there is no run-out or abnormality. Do not stand in front of the brush.
• Do not force it or press it with excessive force during work. Excellent finish can be obtained with light force.
• Be sure to wear safety glasses, a dust mask and gloves during work. Please have people around the brush work wear protective equipment.
