• This is a compact cutting oil supply nozzle designed for accurate supply of cutting oil in machining.
• Since the oil supply direction can be freely changed, oil can be supplied concentratedly to the machined part, and effective cooling and lubrication can be performed. Therefore, cutting resistance is reduced and finished surface accuracy is improved, resulting in high machining accuracy. In addition, tool life is extended, making it economical.
• It is widely used for spindle end faces of machining centers and tool holders of NC lathes.
• With a built-in perforated ball, the position of the oil supply direction can be adjusted easily.
• Since it is a compact nozzle, the spindle and blade peripheral parts can be designed simply.
