คุณลักษณะ

• Flexibility: 2.2 times more flexible than the previous E-SJSP. Improves workability.
• Chemical resistance: The inner layer is made of tetrafluoroplastic (ETFE), so it is resistant to most chemicals.
• Bend form retention: Since SUS coil wire is built in to prevent rusting, it is hard to crush and has excellent bend form retention.
• Vacuum compatible: Can be used with pump suction (negative pressure) or pressure feed.
• Difficulty in breaking: Difficult to break compared to commercially available fluorine single-walled tubes, and even if broken, can be restored to some extent.
• Non-Adhesive: Fluoropolymer in the inner layer has excellent water repellency and non-adhesive properties, resulting in less fluid residue and excellent cleaning properties. (Slip is also good)
• Wear resistance: The inner layer of fluoropolymer has excellent wear resistance and can withstand slurry chemicals.
• Low elution and odor: Very low resin odor and leaching substances make it suitable for food, beverage and cosmetic applications.
• High purity: Fluoropolymer in the inner layer does not contain plasticizers and is suitable for high-purity chemical piping.
• Easy Cut: Hose length printing at 1-meter intervals makes cutting easy.
• Transparency: A transparent color that makes it easy to see the degree of cleaning inside the hose
• Green procurement: does not contain or is below the threshold for the 10 substance groups of the RoHS Directive (RoHS2.0), as amended on July 22, 2019.
• Dedicated fittings: In combination with dedicated fittings, accidents caused by mis-selection of hoses and fittings can be prevented.
• Food Sanitation Law: Conforms to Food Sanitation Law/Standards for Food, Additives, etc. (Ministry of Health and Welfare Notification No. 370 of 1959).
