คุณลักษณะ
- Establishment of optimum coating conditions for poly-L-lysine
- Poly-L-lysine coated slide glasses with established optimum molecular weight and coating method for peeling prevention slide glasses.
- Poly-L-lysine is a basic amino acid and a polymer of lysine with an amino group in the side chain. Coated with OH groups and ionic bonds on the glass surface. Adhesively fixed to the surface of slide glass by ionic bonding with the negative charge of tissue slice and cell surface.
- Usage notes:
- 1.Tissue sections and cell adhesion are weaker than those of APS and MAS coats, especially when using immunohistochemistry and in situ hybridization. If immunostaining detachment occurs, consider using MAS, MAS-GP, FRONTIER, PLATINUM PRO, or CREST.
- 2.Because the glass surface is hydrophobic due to the nature of the coating, when fixing the tissue section, float the tissue section in water at a suitable temperature, scoop it up, and dry the moisture between the slide and the tissue section thoroughly before performing various treatments.
