• A M 12 at the bottom of the body is used to secure the floating clamp to the base plate of the jig (the wrench is 46 mm wide on both sides).
• Adjust the vertical and rotational position of the stopper (red cover) and secure it with 3 set screws (hex wrench is 2.5 mm across).
• It should be fixed with sufficient clearance in the upward direction (because of the dimensional tolerance of the work).
• Handling clamp procedure: Press down on the entire cap portion of the floating clamp.
• Turn the mouthpiece to hold the work piece (adjust the position of the stopper beforehand).
• When you release your hand, the lower mouthpiece contacts the workpiece with a small spring force.
• Tighten the hex nut (double-sided 18 mm wide) (Minimum torque 15 Nm, maximum torque 30 Nm).
• At this time, the work is clamped, and at the same time, the entire mouthpiece is fixed in the vertical direction.
• Unclamping is the reverse procedure.
