For applications requiring filter paper strength and chemical resistance, consider low-ash hard quantitative filter paper and ash-free hard quantitative filter paper.
It is the fastest type of ash-free filter paper and is recommended for analyzing samples containing coarse particles and gelatinous precipitates (such as iron and aluminum hydroxides). In quantitative air pollution analysis, it is also used as an infiltration paper tape for measuring gaseous mixtures at high flow rates.
