• This controller drives the electromagnetic shutter of SSH.
• Two types are available: a small one-axis shutter controller (SSH-C1R) that opens and closes the SSH-R shutter remotely, and a four-axis shutter controller (SSH-C4B) that can control up to four shutters with a PC.
• SSH-C4B can open and close four shutters simultaneously.
• Since the driving electric characteristics differ depending on the shutter, it is necessary to use the driving signal suitable for the shutter.
• The SSH-C4B has a built-in function that enables you to switch between the driving signal of the SSH-S shutter and the driving signal of the SSH-R shutter.
• SSH-C4B comes with demo software that allows you to control the shutter with a PC.
• SSH-C4B allows you to set the shutter opening/closing time in 0.1 second increments using a PC.
• After setting, you can use the operation buttons on the panel to open and close the shutter without a PC.
• SSH-C4R can open the shutter by switching to TIMER mode.
• The SSH-C1R has an interface that enables you to open and close the shutter using TTL signals from an external controller.
• The shutter cable can be extended up to 2 meters and the extension cable can be extended up to 4 meters.
• A USB cable (USB-2) is also provided to connect the SSH-C4B to the PC.
• An RS232C cable (RS232C/STR-3) is also available to connect the SSH-C4B to the PC.
• The SSH-C1R and SSH-C4B can also be used as controllers for the Microscope Shutter (BSH).
• * The shutter controller is for SSH and BSH only. Cannot be used with other electromagnetic shutters.
• * The shutter holder and the shutter controller do not come with a shutter cable.
• * Please purchase the dedicated cable (SSH-CA2-LOAA) together.
• * The SSH-S shutter cannot be moved with the SSH-C1R.
• * Use the SSH-R shutter button.
• If the shutter type and the controller drive signal settings are different, the shutter will not operate (even if the settings are incorrect).
• * If the rear panel interlock connector is disconnected or the external circuit connected to the interlock connector is open, all shutters are forcibly closed, the interlock lamp lights, and the device stops working.
• * A PC is required to change the SSH-C4B timer time.
• * Please contact us if you are using an older model shutter (FSH). You will need an older cable to connect to the controller.
