• This straight moving stage has the same structure and performance as the steel stage TSD series and is suitable for clean room and vacuum applications.
• All of them are made of stainless steel, so they have excellent corrosion resistance.
• Both the stage body and the micrometer head use high vacuum grease (YVAC2).
• The TSDS series is suitable for clean room and vacuum applications.
• It is also ideal for use in airtight, narrow spaces that dislike outgassing.
• * Due to the Z-axis structure, the springs in the stage may not be able to withstand the load and may stretch out. Therefore, it is not possible to install and use the stage in the reverse direction.
• * Due to the structure applying the principle of leverage, there is a deviation (about ±0.02 mm per 0.5 mm/1 rotation of the micrometer head) in the feed amount relative to the scale depending on the position of the moving amount.
• * The amount of movement on the Y-axis micrometer head side of the TSDS-255C may be less than 3 mm.
