• It is used to separate or combine laser light (355 nm, 532 nm) obtained by harmonic conversion of a YAG laser (1064 nm) at a wavelength.
• Three types with different reflectance wavelengths are available.
• Since a dielectric multilayer film is used, the film has no absorption and can be used for laser light with high energy density.
• Because of the plate type, it can also be used for lasers with a large beam diameter.
• The high reflectivity of 99.5% separates the reflected and transmitted wavelengths.
• * Due to the effect of the refractive index and thickness of the substrate, the optical path of the transmitted light is translated by several millimeters relative to the incident light.
• * Transmittance and reflectance wavelength characteristics change when using at an incident angle other than 45 degrees.
• * Use the surface indicated by the arrow on the side of the board as the reflecting surface.
• * Reflecting on the back side may cause loss of light or ghosting.
• * Very little light of the reflected wavelength is mixed in the transmitted light, but light of the transmitted wavelength may be mixed in the reflected light. (5%~15%) * The wavelength characteristic of the transmittance varies depending on the polarization orientation of the laser.
