• Even in the ultraviolet and infrared regions, the reflectivity is higher than that of a metal film mirror.
• Since it is a mirror of dielectric multilayer film, it does not scratch the mirror surface and can be cleaned.
• Since there is no absorption in the film, there is little change over time and it can withstand continuous laser irradiation.
