This causes the chip surface to become wet: liquid remains on the chip wall and cannot be collected. A significant amount of valuable samples have been found in the invisible coating left on the standard chip, which has also been discarded. Especially for sensitive PCR and real-timePCR applications, low adsorption surfaces can improve reproducibility and significantly reduce the loss of expensive reagents.
