Equipped with an automatic opening/closing valve for easy fluid handling. Also supports a wide range of vacuum applications up to 1.3 x 10^-1 Pa{1 x 10^-3mmHg} even during separation.
Three types of sealing materials are available for production lines such as air conditioners and refrigerators.
