• CE Type Penetration Joint
• The CE type engagement joint was developed for machine tools and other hydraulic equipment with pressures up to 14 MPa. It is smaller than conventional products and has significantly improved vibration and leak resistance. It can be used not only in hydraulic equipment but also in a wide range of fields such as lubricating oil piping and air piping. NE type bite joints are available for high pressure applications exceeding 13.7 MPa.

• There is no need for welding, screw machining, flaring, etc., thus reducing piping man-hours.
• The envelope part of the sleeve allows the tube to be precisely centered, greatly reducing problems caused by misalignment, which is considered to be the biggest cause of oil leakage.
• The slitted envelope analyzed by the finite element method improves the anti-vibration fatigue strength by more than 20%. (Compared to the manufacturer) It has been miniaturized to about 75% (volume ratio) of the conventional type, and tightening torque has been reduced by 25~30%, so workability is greatly improved. In addition, the pipe pitch is narrowed to enable compact piping.
