• The BI-Lok joint is a mechanical joint with two ferrules.

• By simply tightening the nut, the back ferrule holds the pipe and the front ferrule seals the fluid.
• Since all wetted parts are made of the same material, it can reliably seal a wide temperature range and various fluids from low to high temperatures.
• Features of BI-LOK joints
• The BI-LOK fitting consists of four points: body, nut, front ferrule, and back ferrule.
• The front ferrule is pressed against the main body and tube to seal the fluid in the tube, and the back ferrule is pressed against the tube to lightly bite into the tube to prevent the tube from slipping out. This is the biggest feature that is different from the single sleeve.
• When the nut is tightened with a spanner from the finger tightening position, the front ferrule is deformed along the tapered surface of the main body, and after the sealing mechanism is completed by surface contact, the back ferrule is deformed along the tapered surface of the rear end of the front ferrule, and is strongly pressed against the tube surface.1
• Complete by tightening 1/4 turn (size 1/4OD and 6 mm or more).
• The front ferrule has excellent corrosion resistance.
• The blade edge of the back ferrule is hardened to a hardness greater than the surface of the tube.
