• The Rocker Cell Culture Bag (Sterilized) features an ethylene vinyl alcohol copolymer/low density polyethylene 9101 film for use with commercial rocking bioreactor chambers.
• 9101 film is a transparent, multilayered, seamless film with a copolymer contact surface.
• We offer this disposable cell culture bag in sizes from 2 L to 50 L.
• The rocker cell culture bag is a bag port with a 1/4 inch valve connected to a pole filter and check valve using a small slide clamp.
• The bag port with 1/8 inch barb is connected to the male MPC plug and the oslure plug using the female MPC and the female lure placement.
• The osluer plug (no stem) and the wipable valve are connected to the remaining bag ports using a 1/8 inch valve.
• The rocking motion of the bioreactor platform enables effective non-invasive mixing of cell cultures/media and efficient gas transport.
• Rocking motion prevents cells from accumulating at the bottom of the rocker cell culture bag during the generation of large amounts of recombinant protein in both mammalian and insect cell lines.
• Because it is a closed system, there is no risk of cross-contamination.
• Stability bars on each side allow cell culture bags to be used in commercial bioreactors.
