• With an endurance ratio of more than 30 times, the deflection of the pointer during operation is approximately 1/6. In addition, since it has the same mounting hole as the general product, it is interchangeable even when the conventional anti-vibration type is used. Glycerin solution is equivalent to class 4 and class 3 petroleum in the Fire Defense Law, so there is little risk of fire, and since it is harmless, it can be used for food industry.
• [Caution] Mount at approximately the same height as the measurement convection. In the case of water, there will be an error of about 1/10 atmospheric pressure at a height of 1 m.
• Mount horizontally or vertically. Be sure to specify the mounting position when only sideways or upside down mounting is possible.
• For mounting, be sure to tighten with a specified tool such as a spanner, without screwing such as turning by holding the gauge body.
• Typical installation locations are shown below. When the measuring object is gas, it is attached to the top of the measuring fluid container.
• Steam is taken out from the side of the container through a siphon pipe, and drain cocks are installed at each part of the piping. The operating temperature range of the gauge is -5~45°C. Keep this in mind and pay attention to radiant heat. Separate the gauge or stand a shielding plate to avoid heat.
• In the case of hydraulic pressure, take it out from under the container and attach an air vent to the crest of the piping.
• Do not forget to insert a dampener because the instantaneous initial pressure when starting the pump may be several times the normal pressure and pulsating pressure may lead to fatigue failure. It is best to reduce the dampener to the maximum pressure for about 1 second and the pulsating pressure to within one scale. It depends on the measuring fluid and pressure, but the standard for loosening the tightened screw is approximately 10~45°C.
• The rubber stopper attached to the top of the gauge pops out when the internal pressure of the case rises to about 0.3~0.4 MPa. Leave at least 10 cm of space around the plug.
• If possible, it is better to install a safety valve at an appropriate place in the piping. In this case, take special care to avoid any danger when installing the product.
