• Please chill the ice packs in the freezer for more than 6 hours.　It may not freeze easily the first time, so please chill it for about 24 hours.　When frozen tightly, the cooling time of the ice pack is about 3~4 hours. (The duration varies depending on the environment, such as hot sun, indoor, and temperature.) If you want to use it all day, we recommend changing the ice packs in the morning and afternoon!　Aluminum coating suppresses cooling temperature (prevents excessive cooling) and is designed to last a long time.
