It is a high temperature type with a maximum operating temperature of +300°C. It has a stable ability even at high temperatures above 200°C, considering heat resistance in each part including the stirring mechanism.
In pursuit of safety, in addition to conventional earth-leakage breakers, warnings to prevent excessive temperature rise in the tank, and abnormal sensor warnings, we also installed warnings to reduce the liquid level.
Regarding the heat medium (silicon oil) to be used, we recommend a heat-resistant type at temperatures above 150°C.
If the temperature exceeds 100°C in the open state, smoke will be emitted, so be sure to install exhaust gas (flue gas) facilities.
Note: Even silicone oil (heat-resistant type) is subject to severe operating conditions between 200°C and 300°C. If the temperature exceeds 250°C, the smoke will increase significantly and the life will be shortened due to oxidation, etc., so please take sufficient care.
