• This product is a set of a calibration certificate, inspection report, and tresability system chart which were calibrated by the manufacturer.
• You can easily set measurement dimensions with the micrometer head.
• The effective stroke of the measuring instrument is larger than that of the previous product.
• Since the tip of the measuring instrument is a cemented carbide ball, it has excellent durability and wear resistance.
• Because of the hollow structure of the grip, the change of the indicated value due to the heat of the worker's hand is reduced by about 50% compared to the conventional product, and high-precision measurement is maintained.
• By installing a sub-anvil, the measurement range is easily expanded.
• Indicators such as dial gauges and protective covers are optional.　Depending on the indicator, you may not be able to use the cylinder gauge or protective cover. If you use an indicator other than the recommended dial gauge or digital indicator, consult with us separately.
• You can use a stepping rod (optional).
• By order, we will also make a longer grip for deep holes.
• A cylinder gauge zero checker and a set ring are available as reference gauges for pivot alignment.
