• It is economical because it is possible to mold raw nails of multiple chuck sizes in one unit.
• Since raw nail molding can be performed in the same state as when chucking the workpiece, core run-out accuracy is improved and grasping power is increased.
• Swapping the pawl of the molding jig in the forward or reverse direction increases the adjustment range.
• Can be used for hydraulic/air chuck scroll chuck of each chuck manufacturer.
• (Note) Be sure to confirm that the bolt hole diameter of the nail is larger than the pin diameter of the nail molding jig.
