• Hardened steel measuring table is used for the solid cast base. Moreover, the flatness is guaranteed to be 2.3 μm or less, so precise measurements can be made.
• The quenched steel measuring table may come into close contact with the measuring object during the measurement and the work may be interrupted. Grooving measuring table is adopted to prevent this ringing.
• The bracket of the BSC-30HX has an integrated structure of the detector mounting part and the arm part, which makes it more rigid and easy to extend in parallel.
• Straight angle of the mounting hole with respect to the upper surface of the measuring table: not more than 0.4/100 mm.
• When mounting a high-precision linear gauge (resolution of 0.1 μm or less) to this stand, the indicated value may be affected depending on the perpendicular angle of the mounting hole to the upper surface of the measuring stand.
• Small dial gauges (Outer Frame φ31, 36) are not available.
