• It is an actuator for an inverted microscope type objective lens with piezo element mounted on the actuator and a digital sensor for feedback.
• Compact and capable of high-speed, high-resolution positioning.
• The movement amount is 100 μm in the open.
• Two types of upright type and an inverted type are available for integration into various microscopes.
• As with the Sigma Fine Stage series, it can be driven by a controller (FINE-01γ/503 (CL)).
