• The focus unit can be fitted with a coaxial illuminated observation unit or a zoom microscope.
• The M4 screws (25 mm pitch) on the pole stand base plate allow you to install the manual stage.
• * Screws for attaching the observation unit with coaxial illumination and the zoom microscope to the focus unit are not included.
• * When using a combination of a focus unit and a pole stand, make sure that the required operating distance is secured.
• * The ULWZ series cannot be used due to the long operating distance.
