• Cold mirrors reflect only visible light and transmit infrared light.
• It can be used to separate light rays, such as sunlight, into visible and infrared (hot) rays.
• Since it uses a dielectric multilayer film with no absorption and glass with good infrared transmission, the glass will not break even if it is installed near a light source, even if a sudden temperature change occurs in the filter.
• It can also be used to efficiently extract only infrared light.
• It can also be used as a near-infrared filter by changing the angle of incidence.
• * Cannot be used for high energy pulsed laser.
• * High power laser mirror (TFMHP) is available for pulse laser.
• * There is no anti-reflection film on the back.
• * Allow visible light to enter from the dielectric multilayer film coat side.
• * Light-of-light loss of about 10% occurs when the light is injected from the back side.
• * Ghosting of the statue may occur.
• * If a heat-absorbing object is placed on the back of the filter, the reflected light may be mixed with infrared light emitted from the absorber.
• * The filter also transmits infrared rays coming from the back side, so please open the back side of the filter to let out the infrared rays.
• Using the projector at an angle other than 45 degrees can cause infrared light to be mixed with the reflected light.
