• Type NFX is flexible, has the smallest minimum center bending radius, and has better bending resistance than Type NF. It is also resistant to temperature and humidity.
• It is suitable for the intense movement of robots, etc.
• The color tone of the tube is black blue (dark blue) for identification.
• The tensile strength and compression resistance classification of NFX20 to 50 is JIS C 8461-23 classification code 1 Very Light.
• Sunfleki ROBO itself is not suitable for torsional movement. If such piping is required, use a rotary type accessory.
• Sunflex ROBO is weaker than metal ROBO, including the tensile strength of the accessories. Be careful when moving under a large tensile load.
• Since the Sanfleki ROBO and accessories are non-conductive, they eliminate the need for electrical bonding as in the case of metal conduits, thus eliminating the troublesome problem of grounding electrical equipment.
• Sanfleki ROBO uses PBT for the first time. PBT has excellent oil and solvent resistance and is impervious to most chemicals.
• Please use it for cable work.
• For accessories, please use the N2 type (e.g. N2BG) accessories for Sanfleki ROBO.
