• Specimen storage containers in special containers (U.S. Patent No. 9,138,205) are special solutions that stabilize collected cells for a long time.
• The internal solution contains no alcohol or toxic substances, is harmless and safe, and can be sent by regular mail. (* iSWABs containing specimens must be transported in accordance with regulations.) - Specimens can be collected using sterile swabs or swabs, making them safe and easy to use (we recommend swabs with a diameter of 4 mm or less. *This product does not include cotton swabs).
• The iSWABs containing the samples can be stored at room temperature for a long time, allowing analysis of DNA using the analytical methods of each laboratory.
• It comes with a LIMS compatible barcode for efficient tracking and storage.
• DNA is eluted from the cells to keep the sample information accurate.
• After purification, 2~30ug double-stranded DNA can be extracted over 40kb in length.
