• Drilling can be performed without burring, which is impossible, and the waste of deburring is eliminated to increase the efficiency of work.
• The cutting edge is subjected to an excellent polishing process, and cobalt hiss (SKH55) material is used to cope with the cutting of difficult-to-cut materials such as stainless steel. Moreover, ceramic coating is added to the surface treatment, and the cutting ability and durability are more than 4 times higher than that of hiss.
• The shank part has a total size of 6.35 mm, enabling a replaceable blade type.
• The shank structure has a spring inside and has a special function to prevent the cut from getting stuck in the cutter part during drilling, so that continuous drilling work can be realized.
• It is cheaper than drilling (cobalt hiss + titanium coating) and has excellent workability.
