It is a suction type oxygen meter to measure the oxygen concentration in the furnace.
MG6000 is an oximeter with a built-in suction pump.
Measurement gas at high or low temperature in places where oxygen meters or oxygen sensors cannot be directly attached can be sucked by a pipe and measured at around normal temperature.
Low concentration measurement gas can be sucked to measure oxygen concentration in a furnace or equipment at a distance.
Measurement of hot or cold gases
Since a suction pump and a flowmeter are built in, measuring gas can be radiated in the middle of pipes and piping and connected to an oxygen meter at around normal temperature.
Since a filter containing activated carbon is built in, trace amounts of toxic gas and dust can be removed by the filter.
An optional filter unit containing activated carbon can be added depending on the operating environment.

It has a high accuracy of ±0.5%O2, and the calibration gas connection port is provided in the body to facilitate calibration with reference gas and maintain accuracy.
Excellent stability and long life
It uses a high-performance compact zirconia solid electrolyte oxygen sensor that has a long life and is easy to maintain, so the accuracy is stable for a long time.
Small and thin for easy operation
Both the filter unit and the measuring unit are small and thin and easy to install.
zirconia oximeter
Stabilized zirconia is known as an oxygen ion conductor.
The stabilized zirconia is used as a substrate, and a platinum electrode and an oxygen diffusion limiting hole are formed on one surface of the substrate, and a platinum heater is formed on the other surface.
In order to obtain practical oxygen ion conductivity, the substrate is heated to several hundred °C by energizing the heater. When a voltage is applied between the electrodes, a current with oxygen ions as carriers flows through the substrate.
Due to the oxygen diffusion limiting hole formed on the cathode, the amount of oxygen flowing into the cathode is limited, and a flat region (limit current) is observed in the current-voltage characteristics.
Since the limiting current varies in proportion to the oxygen concentration, it is possible to determine the oxygen concentration in the atmosphere by measuring the limiting current.
