• This product is a set of a calibration certificate, inspection report, and tresability system chart which have been calibrated by a calibration organization.
• Standard cylinder gauge. You can measure the inner diameter with high accuracy.
• The effective stroke of the measuring instrument is larger than that of the previous product. (Excluding some models.)
• The tip of the measuring instrument and anvil is a cemented carbide ball, so it has excellent durability and wear resistance.
• Because of the hollow structure of the grip, the change of the indicated value due to the heat of the worker's hand is reduced by about 50% compared to the conventional product, and high-precision measurement is maintained.
• Indicators such as dial gauges and protective covers are optional.　Depending on the indicator, you may not be able to use the cylinder gauge or protective cover. If you use an indicator other than the recommended dial gauge or digital indicator, consult with us separately.
• For deep holes, we will also make the ones with a longer grip size by order.
• [Notes] * The CG-150AX comes with a 50 mm sub-anvil, and the CG-400AX comes with a 75 mm sub-anvil.
• The measurement range cannot be extended by using sub-anvils other than those supplied with the standard or by using multiple sub-anvils. (Accuracy is not guaranteed.)
