Fitur

  • This objective lens can be used in machining equipment using YAG 3 × wave (355 nm) or 4 × wave (266 nm) pulsed laser.
  • Chromatic aberration is suppressed in both the visible and UV laser wavelengths, and high transmittance is achieved.
  • The working distance (WD) is long, the curvature of the image plane is corrected, and a natural observation image can be obtained to the periphery of the field of view.
  • It is an infinity-corrected objective lens that can be used in coaxial observation systems and laser introduction optical systems.
  • Can also be used for observing near ultraviolet light.
  • A fixed objective lens holder (LHO-26) is available.
  • The observation unit with coaxial illumination (OUCI-2) and the dichroic block for laser introduction (DIMC) are available as the lens barrel for laser processing.
  • * When the objective lens is used for laser processing, extend the incident beam to half the pupil diameter.
  • * If the incident beam is thin, a small condensing spot cannot be obtained.
  • * If the energy density of the laser becomes too high, the objective lens may be damaged.
  • * When laser beam machining is performed using an objective lens, the surface of the objective lens may become dirty due to the machined spring.
  • * Ensure sufficient operating distance (WD) or insert a thin glass shield to protect the objective lens from contamination.
  • * The magnification is the same as when the imaging lens f=200 mm is used.
  • * Magnification may differ when used with a microscope barrel of another manufacturer.
  • * For the actual magnification, check the focal length of the imaging lens of the lens barrel you are using, and determine the ratio between the focal length of the imaging lens and the focal length of the objective lens.
