• The column purification method eliminates the need for heat sources and reduces the risk of solvent ignition and explosion.
• Since the main body of the device is a stainless steel sealing system, the risk of fire is minimized.
• Compared with the distillation method, the required amount of dehydration solvent can be collected easily and in a short time.
• There are a floor-mounted model with a chemical cabinet and a tabletop model.
• It can purify about 400 L with a special grade solvent.
• In addition to the tabletop one-solvent model, there are four multi-solvent models: three-solvent, four-solvent, five-solvent, and six-solvent models.

• Solvent purification flow
• (1) Inert gas is introduced into the solvent tank.
• (2) The solvent tank is pressurized and the column is filled with solvent.
• (3) Solvent passes through the column containing catalysts such as alumina, copper catalyst, and molecular sieves to remove water and oxygen.
• (4) Operate the control panel valve to remove the purified solvent.
