Case, Rotating Vane Mount for use with 5000 Series Weather Meter 0782
This kit is compatible with all Kestrel 5000 Series meters. It will not fit any Kestrel meters below the 5000 series. The kit is included with Kestrel's 5400 LiNK & 5500 LiNK models. Kestrel 5000 Series Rotating Vane Mount and Zipper Carry Pouch. The Kestrel 5000 Series rotating vane mount is of simple, durable design. Any Kestrel 5000 Series meter will snap into the mount for fitting to a tripod or other -20 fitted bracket, allowing use of an extension pole for taking wind or air flow readings. This turns the Kestrel meter into a full-featured weather station with a large wind vane and precision pivot to keep the Kestrel oriented into the wind for continuous measurement and logging. The carry pouch will accommodate a Kestrel 5000 Series meter and the vane mount. It has an internal battery loop and small pocket that can be used to secure additional AA batteries. A snap-strap at the rear of the pouch secures the kit to the user's belt or pack. The idea is to create a portable weather station. Compatible with Kestrel 5000 Series meters. Kestrel 5000 Series USB Data Transfer Cable. The Kestrel USB data transfer cable 0785 allows wired communication between any model in the Kestrel 5000 Series and Windows/Mac computers with a USB port. The cable can be used with Kestrel LiNK software to install firmware updates and upload logged data from a 5000 Series meter. Communication between cable and meter is optical so does not compromise the Kestrel water-tight seal. Cable length is 3 ft ( 915 mm) and data transfer speeds are up to 230 Kbps. The cable weighs just 2 oz (56 gm) so is convenient to carry around.

Kestrel 5200 Pocket Weather Meter. The choice of Kestrel 5200 models is between the basic 0852HVG ( < 914-0006') 914-0006/ ) and the Bluetooth LiNK 0852LHVG ( < 914-0009') 914-0009/ ).
