• Because magnetic field lines are concentrated between the magnet surface and the yoke (iron material) around it, the suction force is several times higher than that of single magnets (same type and size).
• Since the yoke (iron material) is used except for the suction surface, it has excellent impact resistance.
• Only the magnet surface is attracted, and the magnetic field lines do not extend far. For this reason, it is necessary to consider the distance from the object to be adsorbed.
• Since the yoke (iron material) is adsorbed, the object to be adsorbed may be damaged during desorption. However, scratches can be reduced by attaching a protective film to the suction surface.
• The yoke (iron material) is usually treated with surface treatment such as nickel plating or zinc plating.
• Since the magnet is in close contact with the yoke (iron material), it is not suitable for post-machining.
