Features
- Application: Removal of debris after cutting. Deburring after end milling. Removal of rubber lining stab. Scratch and oxide film removal of die cast parts. Pipe inner surface polishing.
- The flexible special resin is processed into a brush shape with a fine bristle tip, so it blends well with complex shaped objects to be polished.
- The bristles reach the recesses well, and it can be used comfortably in places where the nylon brush with abrasive grains could not work.
- Since the polishing force is higher than that of a wire brush or a nylon brush with abrasive grains, the conventional deburring work time can be greatly shortened.
- It removes only small burrs, dirt and film, and does not overcut the object to be polished.
- There is no effect of heat generation or clogging, new abrasive grains are always exposed, and the abrasive force is constant from the start to the end of the work.
