• *1) The performance shown here is based on the use of 25°C water at a power supply frequency of 60 Hz. At 50 Hz, the flow rate is reduced by 20%. When the liquid becomes cold, the check valve hardens, and the flow rate and self-absorption force decrease. The flow rate of fluororubber in particular is reduced by half at 5°C, so please select with sufficient margin. Since the flow rate of viscous liquid decreases, please check with the actual machine.
